Template — review before you rely on it. This copy is a starting point. Have it checked by a qualified solicitor and replace the bracketed placeholders with your own details.

These terms govern your use of Brandaspot (the “Service”), operated by [your legal/company name](“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Brandaspot lets you build a one-page store to showcase your business, take bookings and event enquiries, and sell products. We provide the tools; the content of your store and your dealings with your customers are your responsibility.

2. Accounts and free trial

You must provide accurate account details and keep your password secure. New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial you must subscribe to keep your store published.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans are £19/month or £190/year (GBP), billed via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If a payment fails we may suspend or unpublish your store after a reasonable retry period.
  • See our Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Payments to you (V1)

In the current version, customers do not pay through Brandaspot. Bookings default to “pay on the day”, enquiries are quoted and settled offline, and product orders are “pay on collection or delivery”. You are responsible for collecting payment from your customers and for any taxes due.

5. Your content and customers

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the Service. You are the business your customers deal with — Brandaspot is not a party to your bookings, enquiries or orders, and is not responsible for fulfilling them.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Brandaspot to break the law, infringe others’ rights, sell prohibited goods or services, or send spam. We may suspend stores that breach these terms.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or where required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here and, where changes are material, let you know.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
